Do you need co-working spaces at multiple locations?
Rent your suitable event space for up to 85 people in a single room, plus additional rooms for 2–40 people, as well as a Mediterranean bistro with sit-down grandstand for up to 30 people and a small garden with a terrace for about 20–25 people. Of course, we’ll take care of your catering according to your wishes. From snacks, finger food, a flying buffet, a large hot and cold buffet, or even multi-course menus with service staff. If you need a stage, music or lighting equipment, a DJ or live music, a bar and cocktails, decorations, or additional special effects, we will be happy to organize that for you as well.

You can find us in the heart of Munich in the Schwanthalerhöhe/Laim district, with excellent links to public transport.
We are a 10-minute walk away from the S-Bahn train stations “Hirschgarten” or “Donnersberger Brücke” (S1 to S8) and the subway stop “Westendstraße” (U4 and U5), where you reach the main station, Stachus, and Marienplatz in Munich in four to eight minutes. Trams 18, 19, 29, and N29 stop right on our doorstep at “Am Lokschuppen”.
The airport is around 40 minutes away by train or car, and Mittlerer Ring can be reached in just three minutes for all highway links.
